The 2015 edition of the International Street Art Festival of Puerto de la Cruz, Mueca, has the support of different companies and public institutions, which come together to guarantee its development in the best conditions. The festival, which takes place this year from May 7 to 10, is a benchmark cultural program in the field of street art, which has international recognition in Europe and Latin America.

But Mueca is also a cultural event that brings together a growing public every year that travels to Tenerife from different islands of the Canary archipelago, at the same time that it encourages peninsular and foreign tourists to organize their trip to the tourist city in the north of Tenerife coinciding with the dates of the festival.

Since the participatory management model of Mueca was defined, starting with the 2012 edition, the support that the festival brings together has increased, channeled directly through the Department of Culture of the Puerto de la Cruz City Council and incorporated into the work group developed by the Cómplices Mueca Platform, created with the aim of sustaining and enriching the cultural program.

In the 2015 edition, the companies participating in Mueca as sponsors of scenic spaces are Aqualia (Lago Martiánez), Binter (Muelle), CaixaBank (Avenida) and Loro Parque (Plaza de Europa). It also has the collaboration of Cuatromoción, Fonteide, Fundgrube, Grupo La Compostelana, Hospiten, Hotel El Tope, Hotel Marte, Kímica Ecológica Atlántica, Mango. Puerto de la Cruz, Movistar, La Quinta Promotions and Viajes Halcón. Globalia.

In addition, Radio Club Tenerife, the Cadena Ser station in Tenerife, is once again participating this year in its capacity as media partner and its work as a collaborating media outlet is expected to include the live broadcast of the program Click & Roll, music and networks, from Los 40 Principales in the Canary Islands.

Added to these companies is the also growing number of SMEs in the trade or tourism and restaurant sector in Puerto de la Cruz, who collaborate each year by purchasing a package of promotional products, with which they also collaborate in financing and in the spread of Mueca.

The private effort is added in this way to the public funds and resources that are contributed to the festival, from the Puerto de la Cruz City Council, the Urban Development Consortium for the Rehabilitation of Puerto de la Cruz, the tourism promotion company of the Cabildo de Tenerife , Tourism of Tenerife, the Ministry of Culture of the same island corporation, the cultural management company of the Government of the Canary Islands, Canarias Cultura en red, the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (INAEM), of the Ministry of Culture and, for this edition, the Consulate of France.

Other entities, such as the hotel association, Ashotel, and the Center for Initiatives and Tourism of Puerto de la Cruz (CIT) are part of the Cómplices Platform created in 2012 in order to facilitate and guarantee the development of the festival.
