The International Street Art Festival in Puerto de la Cruz Mueca has suspended its programming for this Friday, November 26. The Puerto de la Cruz City Council has decided to cancel today's shows due to liability and security issues due to bad weather. The Porto city council wants to safeguard the well-being of attendees, artists and equipment.
The decision has been made in accordance with the indications of the person in charge of the festival's Safety and Self-protection plan, given that the intense rains do not allow the performances to be carried out or developed for technical reasons.
The organization wants to underline that all the companies have done everything possible to be prepared, but the weather incidents have prevented the normal development of the festival this Friday 26 after the successful start of the nineteenth edition of this Thursday 25 with Abubukaka.
The nineteenth edition hopes to recover the schedule scheduled for this Saturday 27 as normal.
From 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, you can enjoy more than 20 performances with more than 20 national and international artists. This penultimate day is the most frenetic of the entire festival and the one that offers the most options for all audiences.
Mueca will communicate any news and incident through its different communication channels and the amount of the tickets will be refunded to all those people who have purchased them for today, Friday, November 26.
