The privacy policy of the City Council of Puerto de La Cruz is governed by compliance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, we inform users who send their data through the Municipal Website, email or by any means, that their data will be included in one or more files registered with the Spanish Agency. of Data Protection in the name of the City Council of Puerto de La Cruz or its dependent entities.

It is reported that the calls that citizens make to the Municipal Information Telephone 010, as well as those made to the Municipal Emergency numbers, may be recorded to guarantee the security and reliability of the service and in order to preserve its quality.

The City Council of Puerto de La Cruz, as responsible for the files, will have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they come from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

The City Council of Puerto de La Cruz guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided under the control and security measures mentioned above.
The data provided through the different forms included in the Municipal Website or in that of any of its municipal departments, as well as in the different administrative procedures that may be initiated by the Municipal Administration, will be treated only and exclusively for the purposes foreseen in each form or administrative procedure and for its integration in municipal information systems.

It is reported that in order to correctly comply with the procedures or the request for information initiated by citizens, your data may be transferred to municipal public entities, public or private, that have certain municipal functions attributed to them.
